The making of any purchase through www.knitabuddy.com necessarily implies the acceptance of the general terms and conditions of access and use of the website (legal notice), as well as these particular terms and conditions, without objection or reservation of any kind.

www.knitabuddy.com reserves the right to change the commercial offer presented in the online shop at any time.
At www.knitabuddy.com we strive to ensure that the information provided is accurate and free of typographical errors. In the event of any error of this type occurring at any time, beyond our control, we will proceed immediately to correct it.
If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on this error, www.knitabuddy.com will inform the customer of this error and the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on their part.
Purchasing procedure

When placing your order, you are free to choose to pay for your purchases by:

Shipping methods, costs and delivery times
Knitabuddy ships nationally and internationally. Items purchased through this website will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the user.
If it is not possible to supply any of the products included in an order, we will contact the user as soon as possible to inform them of this circumstance and arrange a product exchange or full refund, depending on the user's preference.
Knitabuddy's delivery service is carried out in collaboration with various prestigious logistics operators. Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses.
Orders will be delivered to the address you indicate at the time of ordering, therefore, www.knitabuddy.com assumes no responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete.
If the recipient's delivery address is missing, www.knitabuddy.com reserves the right to make a second delivery.
Shipments to Peninsula and Balearic Islands, are made with Correos Express and shipments will cost €5 for orders under €30. For orders over 30€ to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, there will be no additional costs.
General delivery times for mainland Spain are 24 to 72 working hours. For shipments to Europe, the time will be 3 to 7 working days. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the destination country.
For shipments to Europe and International, shipments are made with UPS and the cost may vary depending on the country of delivery, which can be consulted in the shopping cart, in the section "Calculate your shipping cost". Knitabuddy will not be responsible for any customs charges for shipping outside the EU.
Under current legislation, in the event of non-execution of the contract by us, due to unavailability of the product or service ordered, the consumer must and will be informed of this unavailability. We undertake to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Guarantees
www.knitabuddy.com is responsible for the guarantees legally required by current legislation.
In the event of a defective product, the purchaser should contact [email protected] as soon as possible in order to be able to offer a solution.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, knocks, knocks, snags, improper use or handling, or materials subject to wear and tear through normal use.
It is compulsory to present the proof of purchase that was sent.
Right of withdrawal
The user has the possibility of exercising their right of withdrawal on the purchase of products made at Knitabuddy within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order at the delivery address chosen.
The products must be in perfect condition, they must not have been used beyond the mere checking of the product. It is essential that you keep the original labels, as well as the packaging and - if applicable - the original documentation and accessories. If the product is returned without the original packaging, the return will not be accepted.
No returns of washed products will be accepted.
Knitabuddy reserves the right to refuse the right to return products in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
In order to return a product, you must send an e-mail to[email protected] within fourteen calendar days of receipt of the order.
The shipping costs associated with the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, as well as the management of the shipment of the items to our facilities. Knitabuddy will refuse to receive any return made carriage forward. Once the buyer has received the request to exercise their right of withdrawal and once in possession of the returned goods, Knitabuddy shall not be liable for any damage to the goods, or loss of the same arising from the return transport.
In the event of breakage or loss of the items due to the events detailed above, Knitabuddy reserves the right to cancel the payment to the customer. Once the items have been received at its facilities, Knitabuddy will proceed to examine the products received and then the return will be made.
The refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out within 5 calendar days of receipt of the goods and, always subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions. It is important to bear in mind that, although Knitabuddy will process the return within 5 calendar days, it is possible that the refund may take up to 15 working days to be credited to the customer's account due to the banking process.
Defects due to manufacturing and/or transport damage
It is very important that you check your order as soon as you receive it, and it is vital that you notify us immediately. In the event of an incident, you should take photos of the outer packaging, interior and shipping label, as well as the damaged product, and send us an email to [email protected] with the photos and the order number.
If you notice any small knocks on the box, the incidence is minor, accept the delivery, note on the delivery note 'pending review' and check the condition of the products. If you notice any damage, let us know as soon as possible.
If the incident is serious, you see bumps on the box or it sounds in the package that the product is broken, do not accept the delivery, note on the delivery note "Box damaged, product broken" and inform us as soon as possible of what has happened.
Returns process
In the event of incorrect deliveries attributable to Knitabuddy, www.knitabuddy.com will resend the order at its own expense.
If the return is made for other reasons not attributable to Knitabuddy, (failure to choose the model, error in the measurements, change of opinion...) it will be the customer who assumes the shipping costs and will be responsible for delivering the product in the same way it was delivered. The customer will be responsible for sending the items to be returned duly protected to Knitabuddy's facilities and once we have received them, we will check the product and proceed to refund the amount paid using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. When returning the product to our facilities, please make sure that it is insured, as in case of breakage or loss we will not be able to refund the full amount. No changes in size, model or colour will be made if there is an error on the part of the customer at the time of placing the order on the website. A new order must be placed.
Products made to order are exempt from return, unless the product is defective, which must have been notified immediately upon receipt of the goods.
The reception of the products to be returned will then be arranged. With the exception of the defect or defect found, each product to be returned must be unused beyond mere inspection and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation, original accessories or promotional gifts that came with it, or it may suffer depreciation.

If it is not possible to replace the product, Knitabuddy will inform the user of this circumstance and will proceed to pay the corresponding amount. In this case, the refund of amounts paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible and, always subject to the provisions of these particular terms and conditions.
In the event of receiving products in poor condition attributable to their transport, and provided that it is not possible to replace them, Knitabuddy will proceed to pay the user the corresponding amount as soon as possible.
Obligations of the buyer
The customer of www.knitabuddy.com undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.
The client undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried out by www.knitabuddy.com.
The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address to which the requested order can be delivered during normal delivery hours. In case of non-compliance by the customer with this obligation www.knitabuddy.com shall not be liable for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.
